On Thursday a bunch of us from London headed down to Charleston in East Sussex for a super exciting day out. Charleston (if you don't know about it, look it up) and the Omega Workshops are one of my favourite things and place to visit, just totally mindblowingly inspiring. Makes you want to paint everything and anything and move to the country.  ANYWAY ... the reason we were there was because my dad has been working on some stuff for the brilliant people at Charleston and has a show there which runs till October, full of ceramics and a coupla papercutz, all done in the Charleston spirit

wahhh, super cute staffordshire cats and dogs. The best one said "I miss being a kitten" !!! :'-(

some more gorgeouss ceramics, in some sick cabinets made by Mr Graham Smith.

Even the new issue of SPQR was dedicated to the Charleston exhibition and it was a banger of a newspaper issue.

The lovely people in Charleston even gave us a lovely arabian tent to hang out in, when we were all arted out (also visiting Monk House) with sweeties and cocktails ... yum!

The day was all in all soo lovely, with bingo and pass the parcel and goodie bags on the coach down. I think everyone went to bed very happy. Thanks to alll the ryantown gang

BIG UP TO YA MAN, BIG LUV TO YA xxxxxxx
